Subscription Terms

When you purchase a subscription product from Kiago, you agree to our automatic renewal program. Your subscription is designed to ensure you never run out of your favorite products by automatically shipping and billing future orders at your selected delivery interval.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before your next scheduled billing date. By placing a subscription order, you authorize Kiago to charge your original payment method for each recurring shipment until your subscription is canceled.

Billing Schedule

Your subscription will renew according to the delivery frequency selected during checkout:

• Every 28 days (Monthly)
• Every 56 days (Every 2 Months)
• Every 84 days (Every 3 Months)

Each renewal order will be charged at the subscription price displayed during checkout, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges. Promotional discounts applied to your first order may not apply to future renewal orders unless specifically stated.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for your next renewal, your cancellation request must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

You can cancel by:

• Logging into your customer subscription portal using the link provided in your order confirmation email.
• Contacting our Customer Support team at Kiagoshopify@gmail.com.

To help us process your request quickly, please include your full name and order number.

Pause or Modify Your Subscription

Need more flexibility? You can also:

• Pause your subscription
• Skip an upcoming shipment
• Change your delivery frequency
• Update your payment or shipping information

Any changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to take effect for the upcoming renewal.

Subscription Renewal Refunds

Once a subscription renewal has been successfully processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded if the order has already entered fulfillment or has been shipped.

If you no longer wish to receive future shipments, please cancel your subscription before your next renewal date. For additional information, please review our Refund Policy.
